Christina McMellon and Kay Tisdall will be undertaking research for the Office of the Children’s Commissioner, exploring children’s and parent/carers’ experiences of using or wanting to use school complaints procedures in England. Young people from the partner organisation Investing in Children are research advisers for the project.
