Our final conference session will explore how research can be used to tackle inequalities and to make a difference to children, families or personal relationships. It will end with the presentation of the Evelyn Gillan Impact Prize.
The session will run from 1.45 to 3pm and include:
- What do we mean by impact when we are talking about inequalities, and what are we trying to do?, Sarah Morton, CRFR Co-Director
- What issues do we face using research to tackle inequalities? Helen Chambers, Inspiring Scotland
- Roundtable: How can we address inequalities by getting research used in policy and practice?
- The Evelyn Gillan Impact Prize: presentations and award ceremony
