These conditions shall apply to CRFR 5th International Conference – Unequal Families and Relationships (13th-15th June 2016)
Bookings
All bookings must be submitted on the International Conference booking form via International Conference website
Payment
Preferred method of payment is via University of Edinburgh online payment store
If an invoice is requested, an administration fee of £5 will be added to the delegate fee
All fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the International Conference
Cancellations
CRFR reserves the right to cancel or postpone the conference, in which case, fees will be refunded in full. In the event of cancellation, CRFR will not be held liable for delegates travel or accommodation costs
If a booking is cancelled, CRFR shall have the right to impose a cancellation charge which shall be calculated as a percentage of the revenue as detailed below:
If cancelled from 26th October 2015 – 10th February 2016 charge will be 10%
If cancelled from 11th February 2016 – 10th March 2016 charge will be 15%
If cancelled from 11th March 2016 – 10th April 2016 charge will be 25%
If cancelled from 11th April 2016 – 10th May 2016 charge will be 50%
If cancelled after 11th May 2016 charge will be 100%
